Elaine is a detail-oriented paralegal with broad legal experience and a strong foundation in ligation support and trial preparation.

Elaine graduated from Butler University with a triple major in Political Science, Sociology, and Criminology. Prior to joining Mohan Groble Scolaro, Elaine gained valuable experience across multiple areas of law, including business, tax, family, immigration, property, and medical malpractice. This diverse background allows her to approach each matter with a broad and informed perspective.

Elaine primarily supports attorneys in personal injury and municipal matters. She is highly familiar with legal processes and procedures, and has extensive experience in preparing trial materials, including the creation and organization of trial exhibits, trial notebooks, and comprehensive litigation binders. Elaine’s strong attention to detail and organizational skills contribute to the efficient handling of complex cases.
