Bridget Krysztopa
ASSOCIATE
Bridget represents clients in civil, commercial, FELA, and personal injury defense matters throughout Illinois and Wisconsin.
Prior to joining Mohan Groble Scolaro, Bridget served as an Associate Attorney at a national defense firm, where she represented corporations in workers' compensation claims before the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission (IWCC). Her practice included arguing motions before IWCC Arbitrators, defending clients at hearings and trials, conducting depositions, negotiating settlements, and advising on Medicare considerations and litigation strategy. This experience in defense litigation provides her with strong trial advocacy skills and strategic thinking that she brings to her current practice.
During law school, Bridget gained experience through the Marquette Law and Entrepreneurship Clinic under the Student Practitioner Rule, advising startup businesses and drafting various agreements while developing strong client relationships and counseling skills. She also served as a Legal Intern at a global manufacturing company, negotiating contracts and assisting with EEOC investigations, and with the Milwaukee County Economic Development Department conducting due diligence on real estate transactions.
Bridget's undergraduate double major in Business Economics and Entrepreneurship, combined with her entrepreneurial experience founding UDFIT Micro Business, provides valuable insight into the business challenges her clients face.
