Jack concentrates his practice on a range of litigation matters, including defense of Class 1 railroads, corporate clients, small businesses, municipalities, police departments, and police officers in state and federal courts.

Prior to joining Mohan Groble Scolaro, Jack worked as a trial attorney for both the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office and the Department of Homeland Security. Jack represented the people of Cook County in multiple felony jury trials, including first degree murder and attempted murder cases. Jack also served as lead trial counsel for the Department of Homeland Security in Federal Immigration Court by litigating hundreds of immigration cases on a wide variety of topics including asylum, cancellation of removal, and adjustment of status. Jack directed and collaborated with law enforcement and other government agencies in leading investigations, gathering evidence, and building compelling arguments in preparation for trial.

Jack earned his J.D. from The John Marshall Law School, graduating cum laude in 2016, and was a member of the Trial Advocacy and Alternative Dispute Resolution Honors Council from 2014 to 2016.
